Our company has taken the lead of passing IS09001 :2008 International Quality System Certification & the General Ship Production Enterprise Technical Condition Evaluation Certificate issued by ZC, to provide our customers with dredger products of high standard & quality.
First, test in workshop
1) Check working condition of electricity connection when all machines are working.
2) Using of the emergency pump to check operation conditions of hydraulic system, and mechanical dredging work.
3) After operation of system working condition checked, check engines running and power capacity.
Second, test in testing pool
1) Dredging pump will be tested and rotates at different speed with fresh water.
2) Upon testing completion of electricity system, hydraulic system, engines, and dredging pump, main hydraulic pump will be opened and hydraulic system load performance is tested, in order to check operation of the work of the various hydraulic machinery and systems
Third, install at work site and debug
1) Our technician will go to work site to install dredger.
2) Debug dredger until every part is in good contation and can normally work.
